A person reads this mailbox. We answer within a few working days, and within one month at the latest when the request concerns your personal data.
What is useful to include
- Bug or broken display: the page, the browser, the phone or computer used, and roughly when it happened.
- Mistake in a question: the mode, the game number, the question and the answer you dispute.
- Account and sign-in: the email address you sign in with. Never send a password, there is none.
- Personal data, access or deletion: the email address of the account concerned, and what you are asking for.
- Purchase, refund or withdrawal: the account email address and roughly when you paid.
- Copyright or trademark: the content concerned and the right relied on.
What we do not answer
Offers of paid links, sponsored articles, link exchanges and domain purchases get no reply.
The site has no form asking for a password, a card number or an identity document, and we never ask for any of those by email.
Site publisher
krillion.to is published and operated by the holder of the domain name, who is also the controller of the data described in the privacy policy.
Hosting and delivery
The site is served from a server hosted in France at OVH, behind Cloudflare, which handles delivery and protection.
The database and authentication are provided by Supabase, within the European Union. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend, also within the European Union. Payments are handled by Stripe.
What each of them processes is set out in the privacy policy.
