Cancelling

Cancel your contract

This page notifies the cancellation of a KRILLION subscription. It is free, it takes three screens, and no account is asked for.

Step 1 of 3 · You and the contract

This is where receipt is confirmed. An email address or a postal address, either one is enough.

Optional. The email address that paid, or the reference printed on a KRILLION receipt.

Today by default. Access stays open until the end of the period already paid for. During a free trial, access closes as soon as you cancel.

Optional. Useful to end a term early, not to stop a renewal, which needs no reason.

How it reaches us: by email to [email protected], or by post. Nothing is uploaded here.

No account is created and none is asked for: French law forbids requiring one at this point.
